Youth Development

Youth Career Series (YCS)

A three-phase summer program for youth ages 8–19 combining career exploration workshops, STEM and AI labs, group job shadowing, and an annual Career Expo. OPP's flagship program.

OPP is led by a founder with deep roots in Pine Hills and a proven track record of building impactful, community-informed programs.

Sandra Prevalus

Executive Director & Founder

Sandra Prevalus is a UCF-trained legal studies scholar, tech founder, and community builder whose work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, entrepreneurship, and grassroots impact. She founded Our Purpose Project from her lived experience and deep connection to Pine Hills — and under her leadership, OPP has grown from a neighborhood initiative into a recognized multi-program nonprofit with government partnerships, institutional funding, and measurable community outcomes.
